Our Story
How It All Began
It all began with our CEO, Blessing Ilobekeme Onojeide who is a Management Systems Specialist. She is a Food Technologist with an MBA in International Business Management.
A former employee of the LaCasera Company, SGS and the Coca-Cola Company respectively, with vast PRACTICAL experience in Management Systems Implementation, Training and Auditing both locally and internationally.
She always had the dream of establishing a consulting firm and that opportunity came earlier than expected when the Coca-Coca Company Concentrate Plant in Nigeria where she was employed, had to be shut down as a result of a strategic business decision.
Her intention was to work as an employee for about another 15 years or more after leaving the Coca-Cola Company but right after her exit from the Coca-Cola Company, she went for a Training in Ghana where she met a potential business Partner. The Organization wanted to start an office in Nigeria where she would be the overall head but as they were delaying, she had a rethink and decided to start IFC instead and that was how IFC was founded on June 1, 2010.
